How can I return my item?
How long does it take to process my refund?
Once your goods are back at WO’s warehouse, your refund will be processed. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to reach your account.

What happens if I have received a defective item?
If you’re having trouble with your new WO product or believe it is defective, please call WO Care immediately to report your defective product. If you are having trouble with non-WO branded hardware, or believe it is defective, please call WO Store Customer Service immediately to report your defective product. You can review your rights under the Sales Policy here. WO One-Year Limited Warranty or, in the case of products that are not WO-branded, the product manufacturer’s warranty (as appropriate) are separate from and in addition to consumer rights provided under UK consumer law. For details, click here. My invoice has not been shipped with my order. “Within 2-3 days of your order being dispatched, you should receive an official WO invoice by e‑mail.

If you do not receive this invoice, or if you require an additional copy for your records, you will be able to print your invoice on our Self Service website.”

SALES & REFUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”)

Thanks for shopping at WIRE-OUTLET INC (WO). We appreciate your business. We also want to make sure you have a satisfying experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products, whether you’re at the WO Online Store or on the phone with the WO Contact Center. (In this policy, to make it visually easier on both of us, we’ll refer to these entities as the “WO Store”.)

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at the WO Store. By placing an order or making a purchase at an WO Store, you agree to the terms set forth below along with WO’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Returns
We fundamentally believe you will choose the product and be thrill with it. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, please review the following terms related to returning a product.

To return an undamaged product purchased at the WO Store, please contact us at 951-687-1469 between 10:00 and 17:00 Sat to Tuesday within 14 days from the date you receive the product. Once we receive your returned product, we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Please note the following:

Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.

The following products are not eligible for return: electronic software downloads, subscriptions to the Software-Up-To-Date program, WO Store Gift Cards, and any WO Developer products.

WO provides security features to enable you to protect your product in case of loss or theft. If you do not disable these features prior to returning your device, WO may refuse the return or exchange.

Opened software cannot be returned if it contained a seal with the software license on the outside of the package and you could read the software license before opening its packaging. As an exception, you may return WO-branded software if you do not agree to the licensing terms; however, you may not retain or otherwise use any copies of returned software.

Wireless Services
Some WO products utilize wireless services that may incur extra costs and are governed by the terms of a separate agreement between you and your selected wireless service provider.

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections
With regards to pricing, WO reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on the WO Store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the Payment & Pricing page.

Should WO reduce its price on any WO-branded product within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your product, feel free to visit an WO Retail Store or contact the WO Contact Center to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit you must contact WO within 14 calendar days of the price change. Please note that this excludes limited-time price reductions, such as those that occur during special sales events. Price protection is only available for up to 10 units of a particular product. Additionally, we may require that you have the product with you or otherwise have proof of possession when requesting price protection.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation For Online and Call Center Purchases
Once we receive your order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify WO’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. The WO Store reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If WO cancels an order after you have already been billed, WO will refund the billed amount.

Shipping & Delivery
Please review the Shipping & Pickup page to learn about how and when you will receive the products you purchased from the WO Store. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond WO’s control once it leaves our facilities, WO cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.

As WO takes care of the dispatch of the products you purchase on the WO Store, the risk of loss of, or damage to, product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s). Title in the product(s) shall pass to you when the product(s) is picked up by the carrier from our warehouse. At this point, you will receive the Shipment Notification Email. If there are any issues with delivery, please contact WO to resolve.

Title and risk of loss to all Products will pass to you upon shipment from WO’s shipping location. For orders picked up by you at the WO Retail Store, risk of loss or damage to Products will pass to you when you acquire physical possession of the Products. Title to the Products will pass to you when the Products are available for pickup and you receive the related Notification email. If there are any issues with pickup, please contact WO to resolve.

Consumers Only
The WO Store sells and ships products to end-user customers only. You may not purchase products at the WO Store for resale, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are doing so.

WO One-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty
WO provides a one-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for any new WO branded product. The applicable warranty terms and conditions can be reviewed at http://www.WO.com/ae/shop/legal/warranty/ and are also contained in your WO hardware box. The WO One-Year Limited Warranty does not apply to products that are not WO-branded, even if packaged or sold with WO products. Non-WO branded products may have the benefit of a manufacturer’s warranty provided by the product manufacturer – please see your product box and literature for details.

USA Sales Only
The WO Store accepts orders from billing addresses within the USA. WO will not ship products purchased at the WO Store to an address outside of the USA Please click here to find an WO Store outside of the USA. WO products are subject to applicable export control laws and regulations and must be purchased, sold, exported, re-exported, transferred, and used in compliance with such export laws and regulations. If you do plan to export an WO product to another country, you must obtain any legally-required export licenses (or other government approvals) prior to doing so.

Product Availability and Limitations
Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, WO may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. WO reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when WO confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, WO will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
